We at Dear Garden Associates, Inc. are closely monitoring the policies of Pennsylvania and New Jersey with regard to the services we perform to be certain we are following the directives of each state as they pertain to our ability to operate. At the present time we are permitted to work in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

The safety of our families, employees and clients is our highest priority. We have put several safety protocols in place such as reducing the number of individuals working on a crew, reducing the number of individuals in a truck, having employees direct report to properties when possible rather than the main office and reducing the number of individuals working in the office. In addition we are following social distancing protocols for the members of our team as well as for any interaction with our clients. Our crews and members of our management team will not be visiting any clients property without prior notification and all discussion pertaining to the visit will be communicated via email or a phone so no personal interaction will be required. If any clients are not comfortable with our being on their property we will postpone the visit or service until we have confirmation that they are comfortable with our being on their property.

Employees have been told that if they are concerned about their safety or need to take time off to be available for the families as a result of Covid-19 they are able to do so with no negative impact regarding their position with DGA.

We will continue to monitor policies of Pennsylvania and New Jersey regarding Covid-19 to be certain we are legally able operate in each state and and will continue to follow safety protocols to ensure the safety of employees and clients.
